Well where do I start with this campsite? Firstly the lovely and professional welcome by the lovely Lona. This campsite has very large pitches mostly demarcated by high hedges. Beautifully kept grounds with lovely flowers everywhere and lots of quirky objects around the camp site to provide character. Dimitri and Lorna work very hard to keep Le Bec de Cisse in my opinion one of the best campsites that I have stayed at in my whole eight weeks in France. This campsite was full for the four nights we stayed (Fri to Tues) in June so best to book ahead if you can. The sanitary were spotless throughout our stay and plenty of hot water. Grey water dump is in the Aire outside the campsite ( not an issue). During the day there is traffic noise but not at night. This was not an issue. The town of Vouvray has two interesting walks( you can get maps from the Tourist office, they speak English). One walk is 5k the other is just over 3. They are very interesting and signposted with info signs all the way round. Don’t miss this place. I will definitely be back. Excellent 10/10. Thank you Lorna and Dimitri.

Erg leuke camping. Wij zijn langer gebleven. Prima sanitair. ruime douches. Camping wordt gerund door een leuk jong stel. Er is aandacht besteed aan de sfeer van de camping. Goede pizzeria aan de overkant van de weg.

Deze camping wordt gerund door 2 enthousiaste jonge mensen. Alles ziet er spic en span uit. Wat een topcamping, en heel gezellig. \'s Avonds overal leuke led-lichtjes aan, echt sprookjesachtig. Veel, goed, fantastisch schoon sanitair. Bakker en een goed (ook afhaal) pizzarestaurant in het dorp. Alleen even de weg oversteken, 150 mtr en je bent er.
Vanaf de camping via een autovrij fietspad fietsen naar de gezellige studentenstad Tours. En uiteraard kastelen in overvloed. Eén minpuntje: vroeg vantevoren geboekt en dan één van de kleinere plekken toegewezen krijgen. Jammer! Deze camping is eigenlijk te goedkoop... wij gaan hem onthouden!

lovely little site in the edge of Vouvray. lovely young helpful and friendly couple who run the site. pitches have electric and water close to each pitch. toilets and showers very good too. some ice little touches to the site.
supermarket and restaurants all nearby and a fantastic patisserie and Boulangerie. well worth a stopover. we have spent 4 lovely peaceful days.

Joli petit camping tenu par un jeune couple qui ne ménage pas ses efforts pour notre bien-être. Les sanitaires sont vérifiés toutes les heures. Ce camping est mignon par la diversité des fleurs et arbustes qui sont mis en valeur dès votre entrée au camping.
Beaux emplacements bien délimités par des petites haies. Sanitaires au top avec de l\'eau bien chaude. Camping que je recommande sans hésitation. Nous y sommes venus pour la seconde fois et y retournerons lors d\'un prochain sejour dans la region.

inderdaad een hele leuke camping met opvallend jong personeel. heeft helaas wel te lijden onder de grijze golf want was afgelopen dagen complet en een dag bijboeken kon ook niet meer. Wilt u deze camping bezoeken, reserveer dan tijdig! (en schat uw gewenste verblijfsdagen goed in!)
