Very friendly receptionist. Roomy pitches and good sanitary facilities. Restaurant closes quite early at 8pm. The main problem was that campers arrived after 11pm and manoevered noisily with airco fans blasting away just metres away from people trying to sleep. Should not allow this.

What a great welcome, we had booked online with a note to say we had an ACSI card.
I had chosen the lowest price/grade pitch as in our experience those are the pitches offered to ACSI customers. Not here, we were greeted with "ah you are ACSI you get the pick of the site, we suggest Premium north fully serviced pitches".
We were given a site plan with vacant pitches and we took a walk to choose our pitch. We went with the suggested fully serviced pitch. We asked how much for the dog to be told one dog is included in the €16 price.
Take plenty of food or a bike, it is 3km. to the nearest shop.
The site is clean and tidy, we were here in September and it felt like the end of their season.
The bar is pricey and food OK.
Good dog beach nearby.
We asked as we were leaving what we owed for electric and that's. all included in the €16.

This site has many good and unfortunately some bad things going for it. We booked because of “new campsite” , and the paved approaches, in the descriptions. It is definitely NOT new, and the paved area is only ,mainly near the reception. It has zones of camping types, split up into, a packed area under trees, a newly demarcated area for average units, a larger unit area , and a long term campsite at the end. The long stay is a series of sheds, with all manner of combinations of living/storage units. It has the same layout of sanitation facilities as the upgraded area, and the basic shell looks quite a few years old. It looks like this was originally a municipal type site, that is in the process of re branding. The pool and sports are first class, with the staff just as good. The beach is great, and not too far, with a nice promenade. Views of industry in the distance. Distance to Valencia is good by car/train/bus. Restaurant was busy, and it has a small shop. Load up before arrival. Points to note....you will need rock pegs and a decent hammer.....the swimming pool is staffed with two lifeguards, and closed when they are on breaks, etc, so there is a rush for sunbeds etc twice a day....non of the pitches are secluded, as planted demarcation will take time to develop...choose a pitch away from the gravel sanitation approaches as the feet on the gravel is a pain at nights....entertainment goes on quite late as on most sites.
We wont stay as long, as we did here , again in Spain. Pitch up, visit city, move on....

Great welcome from the friendly staff; we arrived on Halloween and the staff even provided us with handout sweeties for the children so we weren’t caught-out. Toilets and showers excellent, spacious and clean. The site was full when we arrived (Saturday) and empty, all bar a few Dutch longstayers, by Sunday evening. The area is bit run-down and being out of season was empty of residents (mostly holiday homes/lets?), but plenty of space for walks, runs and bike rides. The site itself is well organised and there is choice of pine-tree covered pitches or more open hardstandings. Restaurant and bar serve good food at cheap prices and there’s a two-hour long Happy Hour for those needing it! The money well spent. The best bit are the staff; welcoming, multi-lingual, and always smiling. Will definitely use again when in and around Valencia.

Kemping ma sporo plusów: duże stanowiska (do wyboru z pełnym cieniem w sosnowym lesie, lub tylko częściowo zacienione), baseny, plac zabaw dla dzieci, restaurację (nie korzystaliśmy), mały sklepik, czyste toalety i bezpłatny internet. Bezpłatny transport na stację kolejową w Puçol działa bez zarzutu. \'Miasteczko\' z przyczepami stojącymi tu cały rok znajduje się w innej części kempingi i to według mnie dobry pomysł. Piaszczysta, szeroka plaża jest bardzo blisko. Miasto Puçol chwali się, że plaża ma błękitną flagę, jednak widok na port w Sagunto i potężne zbiorniki gazu nie robią dobrego wrażenia. W drugiej połowie września woda w morzu nigdy nie była przezroczysta. Może był to skutek nawałnicy, która przeszła nad tym okręgiem dwa tygodnie wcześniej. Samo osiedle Playa, w którym znajduje się kemping, we wrześniu odżywa wyłącznie w weekendy. Nawet informacja turystyczna i targowisko otwarte są tylko przez od czerwca do sierpnia włącznie. Oprócz Walencji warto odwiedzić pobliski Monestir de Santa Maria del Puig i ruiny zamku w Sagunto.

Very clean and pleasant site. Very quiet, maybe a little too quiet as there was no entertainment. Had a lovely stay there. There is a lovely beach only a couple of hundred metres away.

The beach is more like 300 meters from the site but it is level. Not much to do in the surrounding area apart from the beach and a train ride into Valencia. The campsite lay on a shuttle service to the train station once a day which is a bonus.

This was just an overnight stop, but we have stayed here before. Always welcoming, and a good price considering it was high season. The restaurant is a little basic and the pool is nice and large. Would stay again.

So disappointed,! We booked in here for a week while touring with our caravan because the site advertised a free shuttle bus service to Puçol station for ACSI customers but we were informed by reception after paying for our stay that the free shuttle bus was for motorhomes only, not for caravans or tents.

No shuttle bus for caravanners is a deal breaker for us so it\'s highly unlikely we\'ll stay at this caravan park again when touring Spain.

Otherwise the site offers friendly reception, good sized pitches, a nice swimming pool, the sanitary facilities are clean but a little jaded, the beaches are more like 400 metres away rather than the advertised 100 metres, there very few bars around and the overall locality feels a bit lifeless.
